Some of my books are now in ebook and audio bundles. This can save you money but not all bundles are available all places. A lot of it revolves around how my royalties are paid by the bookselling platforms and Amazon’s policies.
Amazon has changed their policies about book bundles. In the past you could buy a huge bundle (10-20 books) and get it for $10-15. But at this point Amazon punishes authors that price their books (which includes bundles) over $9.99. They prefer you set your price between $2.99 to $5.99 the most common range that readers are willing to spend for a book. Note: this doesn’t apply to traditionally published books, only indies.
Because of those price punishments and the royalty percentages I would receive on book bundles, I’ve made certain decisions so I can still get decent compensation for all the work I put into my stories (professional editing, proofreading, cover art, promotions, etc…).

Right now there are a lot of worrisome things happening in the world, and unfortunately that is trickling down to many parts of our lives.
